Vmware converter server 5.1. is on Windows Vista Home Premium SP2.... creating files on an iomega network hard drive

First of all, wouldn't it be nice if one could cut and paste details from the panes of vmware converter? particularly the error status textbox.... i despair!

Anyway,, it fails with a BlockLevelCloneMgr as per attached concluding in error 4194313. I do get some files created on my iomega but I don't think the proces goes past 1% completion and the files are tidied at the end.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please... ? thnx
