How to link Virtual Networks to Physical host network?

I currently have 1 HP Microserver with IP 192.168.0.10 which is on my home network which runs ESXi5 as the OS.

I then have a seperate VM Network on the host with the IP addresses of 192.168.10.x. I have 2 x Win Svr 2008 (DC & vCenter), 1 WIn7, and 2 x ESXi Virtual Machines.

How, if at all, can configure a link from my VM Network on the 192.168.10.x ranges to my host's network?

I have all VM's currently pointing to my Virtual DC as the Default Gateway on 192.168.10.1.

Am i missing something really obvious? I am new to VM and Networking (as you can probably figure).
