E-mail Filter.xml file problem

Hello everybody,

I have edited Templates and the Filter Rules in emailFilter.xml file. Attached you can find the screenshots.

And I've cancelled couple of alerts but haven't got any e-mail? We're using 5.7 version.

Which logs do I have to look? Any help would be appreciated.
