You do realise that the reference questions aren't meant to be the same as the proper exam question don't you?
Also you should know that the course doesn't cover enough for anyone to actually pass the exam (and no where does it say that the course is all you do need to do to pass the exam), you need loads of hands on as well as using additional study material (white papers etc).
As far as the short comings of the training provider are concerned, you need to take that up with the training company, showing your dissatisfaction to them can result in either a refund or additional training (in my case when I and the other students complained to the training company we got new courses, not just covering the course we had already covered).
Just because you're unhappy with the training provider doesn't mean you have to take it out on VMware because to be honest it sounds more like sour grapes then anything else.
Perhaps spend some time reading up on the technology would give you a better chance of actually understanding the questions and the 'irrelevant piddling little terminology"
